Long before the time in which the waters of the great Nile were under control and the pyramids built for worship, the earth was a wasteland of nothingness shrouded with eternal darkness. Ashes upon ashes followed the very wasteland filled with deserts and lacking life in general. Six powerful entities, consisting of both Gods and Goddesses, looked upon this world and sighed with great sadness. They longed for something more to flourish upon this world they had worked so hard to obtain and the emptiness of the lands reflected the emptiness in their hearts from seeing such land go to waste. The decision to work together was final; they had to create something more for this land. Each entity bestowed a special gift upon the earth as they worked to create something better.
Isis, Nepythes, Ra, Horus, Anubis, and Osirus poured their courage, wisdom, power and love into the land and thus sprang from beneath the ground many forms of life that withheld many different purposes. From the fiery breaths of Ra formed the elements of Wind, Water, Fire and Earth. From the tears of Isis came the different species of monsters; Spellcasters, Necromancers, Vampires, Fiends and many others sprang to life from deep within the grounds and began to flourish. From the sperm and egg of all of the entities came the human beings that walked along side the monsters.
Everything lived under the protection of the six powerful entities and all was right and peaceful between all species. All were equal to each other; all Monsters lived with the Humans and each flourished at the same time and no war was established between either species. Each of the entities carried pride when they looked down upon the earth, yet one God looked down on the lands and sneered with much disgust and wished to do nothing more but cause chaos amongst the many joyous creatures. Sethos, a God of hatred and pure chaos was one of the entities, yet he craved ultimate power and destruction.
Without the consent of his fellow entities, Sethos dropped to the earth and began to taint the very sands with his malice, envy and sadness; laughing joyously as the conflicts began. Behind the backs of each of his fellow Gods and Goddesses, the God of chaos was beginning to destroy the world they were calling their own. Corruption began to fill the minds of the Humans and they began to believe that they were far superior to that of the Monster they walked with from day to day.
The chains of normalcy were severed harshly as a war began between Human being and the Monsters, all of this under the decision of the Pharaoh. The Pharaoh had been easily manipulated to believe that the Monsters were someday going to ruin his kingdom and overthrow him from his current throne. Gathering his own army of humans he declared war among the Monsters. The entities looked on in utter horror as their small paradise was torn apart by Sethos and his love for corrupting others. Sadly enough, there was nothing the great entities could do, for they were bound to the heavens.
The manipulation not only spread to those of the humans, but the different species Monsters were all beginning to believe that they were superior then each other. These thoughts greatly hindered their ability to work together and many fell to their deaths in the war. The humans prevailed and began to enslave each of the Monsters to use for their own personal pleasures. Those who remained free separated themselves from each other, thus permanently segregating each race of Monster. The Spellcasters kept their own village as the Fiends moved to lower Egypt to continue their corruption. The Dragons moved to their own secluded lands to keep other from finding them and each other Monster race created its own village as the Spellcasters had done.
After the war had been fought, the great entities looked upon Sethos with hatred and trial was to commence upon the deranged one. By the end of the trial, Sethos was found guilty of betrayal and Ra decided his punishment. The God of chaos was locked inside of a rod of pure gold and tosses upon the lands of earth to slumber until “the appointed one” was to be born and judge the earth with his power.
Sethos fell to his knees and begged his fellow entities to change their minds; he pled that he could erase all that had happened with the war, but Ra would have none of what he said. The deranged God was locked within the rod and thrown into the earth to wait his awakening day. Ra supposed that Sethos had a lot to learn from the future from “the appointed one” and his time would come soon where all was to be restored back to normal.
Ra spoke to the other remaining entities of a child that was to be born of far different looks and race from his clan that was to be a “pure and kind-hearted one”. Along with this “appointed one” there was to be a Pharaoh that had lost his way, a distraught mistress born from a mistake, a gang of thieves that withheld many secrets, a magician girl with much power, and a form of complete darkness to betray all and create the “Dark/Light” war.
It seemed to all that the restoration of this world all depended on this group that Ra spoke of and together, each God and Goddess would look on and wait the day in which “the appointed one” would be conceived of....
